I also use an usb-rs232 konverter.

I want to connect through PMU X300.

My settings of P700 - P703 are the same you specified.

But it does not work.

i got DriveMon version V05.05.02.

in my windows, device manager are the ports configurated here for the adapter com 4:

baudrate: 9600

data bits: 8

parity: none

stop bits: 1

flow control: none

 you did not mention your cable, see attached drawing, if all good, it is also possible defective of X300
