 You need to manually define the S7 subnet connection to each device separately, to be able to do that. In Starter, open the properties of the VFD and the select DEVICE addresses, there you can link the Profibus and Profinet connection. You need to put the correct S7 subnet ID (PLC Profinet S7 Subnet ID) also, otherwise the routing doesn't work.
