How do I change the address on Codesys software like %IX1.2 to address 4x40000 on TIA WinCC Unified Portal using the Modbus TCP/IP protocol?

Do you have a solution here to enter addresses or tags from the Codesys software into the TIA portal (Wincc Unified) via Modbus TCP/IP?
