Maybe in Control Panel>>> Set PG/PC Interface need change to your LAN card as default interface?

You are not providing any helpful detail so we may volunteer some focussed follow up.

• Compile project code without errors.
• HMI connected to PLC? Connection functioning?
• Directly connected from PC to PLC
• Firewall switched off
  
• Confirm cable is in a working condition
• Confirm Ethernet port on PC is in working condition
  
• PING the PLC address
• Use "online access" in TIA Portal to change IP address on PLC
  (while in STOP)
  
• Update firmware version to the required version
  (equal or higher than project)
