I'm trying to establish a connection between S7-1500(TIA V15.1_CPU1516) and Delta DOP110WS,

I did all the tips you mentioned ,using PLCSIM ,but its not working.when I run the the DOP in simulation mode the Error NO TCP Connection...   shows up.

I have one hard week to solve this problem. A lot of thanks for Delta support.
To communicate DOP-B touch panel with PLC S7-1200 you need to do:
On panel side:
1. Create connection other Ethernet link and choose controller/driver S7-1200 (ISO TCP).
2. Set Controller IP address.
3. Leave communication port settings 102.
4. Press OK :)

ON TIA portal you need to do:
1. Go to PLC Properties.
2. Need check the option: "Connection mechanisms: Permit with PUT/GET communication from remote partner (PLC, HMI, OPC...)"
3. If you are working with DB data blocks, you need turn of "Optimized block access". Than you will get addresses of data.
4. Also people from Delta support write that should make a T_Conn connection with HMI, but I found, that this connection is establishing automatic, so maybe in earlier version of TIA it should be done.

Regular PLCSIM does not communicate outside the software. PLCSIM to PLCSIM is possible but nothing else.

Look at using PLCSIM Advance.

Alternative is a 3rd party add-on (risk = unknown)
