Hello,
I followed as Siemens's instructions but did not work. Can you pls show us what exactly instructions you've followed? I see for first problem to know that your basic connection to Printer is working via your expectyed comm channel. Do tests with PLC for first is really brave step and is expected only for very experienced users. I recommend to do tests with some PC application as Client with expected comm protocol over ETH interface If you will have good results you can then easy prepare PLC communication. Your PLC side problem is, I expect wrong connection DB structure set with correct values. Without to have this connection structure defined correctly, you can't expect functionality. Why you don't find any example Topic or exactly Siemens FAQ about that problematic where this structure is described so you can have success? What description you have with Printer documentation? What is expected to set for functionality there? |
