Can't go online

Kobusvre Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hi I'm Kobus Using TIA V15.1 and CPU1214C, I can go online via Laptop through VM , but using same program on my Engineering Server which are on industrial network, I can ping address but can't go online even on extended online selection, please help ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Unable to go online - TIA v15.1. Another thing you can try, instead of showing devices with the same address, can you try show all compatible devices? Also, you probably already checked it but make sure you are under the correct PG/PC interface. Please check behaviour with the manual configuration of the ip address again. Furthermore: Is port 102 blocked somewhere in the network (switches, routers, firewalls, antivir software)? Port 102 is necessary for the connection and blocked by default settings in many devices. For the search for accessible nodes, the dcp protocol / MAC address broadcast / layer 2 is necessary and must not be blocked, too. regards sancruz

Kobusvre Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Thanks, the project I'm using went online on my VM connected to the 1214C, backed it up and try it on my Eng. Station via Portal V15.1 , just going through switch onto the 1214C, extended logon parner not accaseble
