problem with a configuration of a ET200M/Link device

I am using a siemens S7-1500 (6ES7516-3AN02-0AB0) PLC and communicating with a profibus PA devices. Using a ET200M/Link ( 6ES7 153 -2BA70 -0XB0 ) & DP/PA Coupler ( 6ES7157-0AD82-0XA0). I have generated a GSD file using the link below , https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/26562190/how-do-you-connect-the-im-157-im-153-2-in-the-dp-pa-link-to-an-external-master-or-a-simatic-s5-(gsd-tool)?dti=0&lc=en-BR after configuration and downloading link showing an error and flashes the LED a BF2 & SF. The screen shot of a diagnostic buffer is attached. As message describes, it is good to check if different components aren't configured, compared to existing order numbers and versions. Next important info is that use of s7-300 components with S7-1x00 is not possible in case of specific special modules configurations. I recommend investigate further in compatibility of link modules with S7-1x00 systems. General compatibility: S7-300/400 systems <-> ET200S/M S7-1x00 systems <-> ET200SP
