Can't connect to LOGO! 6ED1052-1MD08-0BA1

ixo65 Grandmaster Joined: 12/18/2014 Last visit: 1/19/2026 Posts: 36483 Rating: (4552)	It doesn't matter if you use LOGO! Use Soft Comfort V8.3 or V8.3.1 to establish a connection to the LOGO! 8.3. What IP address and subnet mask does the PC/laptop have? Is the LOGO! connected directly to the PC/laptop or via a router? Do you have changed the IP address of LOGO! or does it still have the default address?

AutoGen_1255626 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	I'm directly using the cable from the logo to the laptop, I've already changed the IP of the logo and the laptop adapter, pinging the command prompt and it's communicating without loss, but I can't find the firmware 6ed1052-1md08-0ba1 within the software, you know? LOGO! Support Posts: 399 Rating: (47)	Which OS is used? LOGO!Soft Comfort V8.3 is compatible with: • Windows: Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10 • Linux: SUSE Linux 12 sp1, kernel 3.12.74. Compatible with all Linux distributions which are aligned with Java 2. • Mac OSx: Mac OS X 10.7 Lion; Mac OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion; Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks; Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite; Mac OS X 10.11 X El Capitan; Mac OS X 10.12 Sierra; Mac OS X 10.13 High Sierra; Mac OS X 10.14 Mojave. Please ensure you have all access rights at your OS. Hints: As LOGO! and PC is in the same subnet, the parameter Default Gateway should be empty. You can connect LOGO! and PC with a direct Ethernet cable. An Ethernet switch is OK too. A router is possible, but then LOGO! and PC is not in the same subnet, which don’t fit to your actual configuration. Beside this you may have a problem with your Ethernet driver. For LOGO! you need a “normal” TCP/IP driver.
