I would assume that the instructions on where to find the GSD device file is listed somewhere on the documentation provided with the card. Unfortunately the documentation provided by Rockwell that I have found, say it is provided on a floppy disk. The Profibus organization only says: https://www.profibus.com/products/product-finder/frequency-converter-powerflex-4-class-drives Yeah.. best to speak to your supplier then.
