I Want to know if it is a better option use TSEND and TRECV for work with only one port direction or use TSEND_C and TRECV_C but implementing a logic to send and receive messages with one port. And what is the better way to implementing this logic in such case? Thanks for reading me.

it depends to more things, especially prj depended. There are simply 2 possibilities that are most possible:

1. device (scanner as example) where only one Port is available as connection. Your activity needs send and receive commands to have data from device. Typically - send request specific and due this request then receive data.

2. PC app as example where previous point rule isn't accepted or required, simply send and receive data are independed as channels and not depends to each other, cyclical and possible not interrupted comm flow is required. Here is clear that PC app can offer more free Ports for independed access.

You have now my example and try imagine use of your expected blocks with also use of only one or 2 independed Ports for access. This probably shows you exactly what is expected to have in different situations.
