Cannot find 6DL1136-6AA00-0PH1 AI module in HW config

We have a S7-400 system, where: The controller: 410-5H v8.2 Interface Module: SIMATIC ET 200SP HA, IM 155-6-PN-HA-V1.2 Step 7 version: v5.7 _ HF4 I have tried Install Hardware Updates several times. It shows 6DL1 13X-6??00-0PH1 is already installed. But I cannot find it pop-up list when Insert Object.. This is a safety-oriented module. But the other safety-oriented DI and DO module can be inserted successfully. The part number is correct and it can be found in this link: https://mall.industry.siemens.com/mall/en/WW/Catalog/Product/6DL1136-6AA00-0PH1 What am I missing?
