ACK button in WinCC Flex Alarm View Screen not working

Note that i have an ack push button as a digital input to the PLC. but i am using this to silience the aduable alarm. it is not program to ack the alarm onthe screen. But the ACK button on the Alarm Screen in WinCC flex has no function to it. meaning it does does press when i put the mouse on it and click. Thanks, Raymondk
