How to measure conductivity with 6ES7 531-7NF00-0AB0

I this moment i have a Endress and Hauser - Liquisys M CLM223/253 with a output range of 4-20 mA. the problem is when a need to read this value I dont know how to do it corectly because i make hardware config of module and I have strange value in my input IW (se attachement)! On my display at Endress and Hauser OP I have some fluctuating values. Attachment Capture.PNG (316 Downloads)
