How to get Backup from a S7-1200 v4.4 with TIA V14 SP1?

AutoGen_2058274 Joined: 8/13/2023 Last visit: 5/13/2025 Posts: 12 Rating: (2)	Hi everybody, I´m trying to upload the backup from a S7-1200 1214C DC/DC/DC 6ES7 214-1AG40-0XB0, and the online says it has a TIA V14 SP1 project with Firmware V4.4.1, but in the Hardware Catalogue from my TIA V14 SP1 that Firmware doesn´t appear for that CPU. I have updated TIA V14 SP1 to Update 10 and I have installed all the HSP availables for TIA V14, and that version of Fimware is not present. By the other hand, SIEMENS Support says that S71200 V4.4 Firmwares are only availables with TIA V16, so, how is it possible a CPU S7-1200 with TIA V14 SP1 project have a v4.4 Firmware? https://ibb.co/23M7hDH https://ibb.co/VTRtC6m https://ibb.co/sg7BKFQ
