your FC1 looks like a analog IN-function.

I don't know which PLC do you use.
that's the reason for my non specific answer.

You can use the function Scale  in the S7-program.

The calculation after your scaling is "only" a offset correction.

Please give us a few more information about your used PLC and you can have a more specific answer with e.g. a example.

That's not possible. FB250 and FB251 are protected system function blocks from Siemens.
