problem while trying to configure IM 151-7 CPU

Bida Advanced Member Joined: 4/21/2009 Last visit: 12/29/2022 Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	hi i'm facing a problem while trying to configure a "ET200S s/mhaving a interface module with CPU IM 151-7" as DP slave on the Profibus network to a 416-3 Dp CPU master s/m the master CPU is Profibus enabled with CP 443 card for communicating to a Programming device When i insert a 300 station and configure the ET200s s/m in it and save and compile it does not show any errors. but if i try downloading the config to the IM 151-7 through th 416 CPU, it says it cannot establish connection also the master CPU 416 goes to "stop" after downloading and doesn't restart again. hw am to communicat to the ET200S thru the 416CPU Could any1 tell if my config is rite and hw to solve this problem.....

Bida Advanced Member Joined: 4/21/2009 Last visit: 12/29/2022 Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	hi sorry for the late reply refer the zip file ok here is hardware configuration done in simatic i've done the configuration as per the manual ET 200S IM 151-7 CPU Interface Module.pdf the problem is the configuration gets downloaded sumtimes and the other times it says "online partner is not responding" Also the master cpu 416-3 DP goes into stop/hang mode after configuration is dowloaded cud u pls tell hw the config is done basically i have a CPU 416-3 DP with both profibus and mpi networkin. i have a CP 443-1 with for communicating with PD i need to connect a IM 151-7 with power module and reverse starter high feature as a slave on the profibus n/w to the above also i hav a PD installed with Simatic managerand with CP 1613 card and CP 5613 A2 card. how do i go abt it? i hav tried all possible configurations and PG/PC interfaces i'm stuck with this for the last one week.. looking forward..... PS: one major doubt is S7 400 range CPU's compatible with ET200 Interface modules???
