jin903368 Posts: 18 Rating: (2)	I have a similar errors. 1.Safety Program: inconsistent 2.User programmed Stop Request in FB32767 This happened after a download with a small change. The machine has been running for a while. I was so frustrated when this happened on Friday afternoon. Had to work on Saturday to figure this out. I am really glad that format memory card works. Now PLC is back to run mode. But still curious why this happened. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Safety porgram not consistent.

Maybe because of the specific setup: TIA V16 Multiuser project Two F-Runtime-Groups configured Download to PLCSim Advanced V4.0 SP1 HF 1 After a refresh of the project I compiled the program (software rebuild all) successfully without any error. When I downloaded it to the simulated PLC the error described above (... User programmed STOP request in FB XXXX) was pending permanently. Some background information: My colleague who is working with me on this multiuser-project told me that he is able to download the program and set the plc in run without any errors in right that version that I had just refreshed. Workaround to fix that problem Delete all F-Runtime Groups Add a new F-Runtime Group and let it call Main_Safety F-FB with I-DB Main_Safety (Even if you actually want to call another F-FB) Compile (Software rebuild all) and Download to device (Software (all)) the program You should now be able to set PLC to run Change the Call in the existing F-Runtime Group to the F-FB and I-DB you want to call (You must not delete the F-Runtime Group from 2.) If you need a second F-Runtime Group: Add a second F-Runtime Group and Call the F-FB and I-DB you want to call Compile (Software rebuild all) and Download to device (Software all) the program You should now be able to set PLC to run I hope that this helps anyone who reads this topic and ran into the same problem. Compile and download software (all). I tried first the software without luck. It was necessary to compile and download HWconfig first.
