Siemens TP1200 send logged CSV files in panel SD Card to iot hub.

So every end of shift we were putting the data in a flash drive using a scrip. Now we want to be able so send the csv file file to the IOT Hub / Microsoft AZURE data base from the HMI, the internet access is coming from a Teltonica rut230. Can you assist on where to start and what i need to do. Thanks
