If this topic gets split - which it should, please upload a zip of your project upgrade log.

Please describe the objects (PLC  HMI  VFD   Remote-IO  ...) in your project, including whether there are any project or global library components, especially any that might be in a "test" mode.

Guessing is very difficult.

For me it did not worked unfortunately.
Does anyone have further ideas to resolve the upgrade problem?
