on S7-1500 each adress is inside Processimage on S7-300  you must configure this

as long you do not tell which problem you have exactly 🤷‍♂️

 No 4-20mA signal = 0mA on analog output A0 with any value in PAW tag, whereas with S7-1500 we have the signal from 4 to 20 mA with values attached.

it is also possible if you use VAT that for first set value to some MW and in code set simple MOVE this to exactly required PQW. If you have only code and no used VAT move to this PQW, it must work without problems like MOVE - 16#30 - PQW262 (example). You don't need set higher PI/PO ranges only if it is required in some situations. they are accessible via Proces image P from code without problems.

 My test was made by code with a MOVE (19000) in PAW272.

but i see now that the et200 is not connected to the PLC
you use a CP for communication with the et200 so you can not direct write the PAW

You must use the CP Commands to transfer the data to the ET200SP, please check the manual of the CP which commandy you need for that.

Hope you did already that HSP instalation to have that IM rack completelly configured correctly.
