s7-1200 MQTT mosquitto broker error 16#8601

I want to test the MQTT connection between TIA portal (plc sim) and the mosquitto broker on my windows locally (there is no ethernet connection). but i always get error 16#8601. I have used IP address 127.0.0.1 as host and MQTT explorer can be easily connected and send and receive data. the screenshots have been attached. would you please guide me? I have also tested these steps on a computer with ethernet connection but wit same error. Thanks in advance! Attachment screenshots.zip (518 Downloads)
