data LCOM tcp IP communication is not sending

Andres3334 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hi I want to connect TCP IP communication using LCOM library between a PC(client) and a S7-1500(server), but other data that is not on the sendbuffer is sending to the PC port , although I can receive fine. Attachment imagenes.zip (377 Downloads)

Pls check how much data you want send, I see there 100 bytes???? but your defined Array is long with array element 18 as max Byte???? Really I don't have experience with this library so you need read documentation to it and about each parameters what they need to be set with values. On other side, I've encountered wrong behaviour with this Java created application you're use so try use better hercules (check web) in case to test.

The LCOM library has several building blocks. It is not clear which one you are using. The documentation by Siemens that goes with those blocks is good. Consider reading through the documentation again. Focus on the mention that a header is added to the data being sent. Also the received data might expected to have a header. The 'template' building block is much closer on delivering a pure socket connection but does not offer as much diagnostics. My experience with earlier LCOM library for Ethernet/TCP was that some customized changes was needed to make it work for my own purposes.
