I have a problem with MTP 1200 Unified HMI,and HMI Alarm sometimes shown normally(full text+code) and sometimes abnormally(only code) as below.how can I fix this problem?

I already "rebuild all" many times and "Delete and Import alarms" but still doesnt work.

And what is the image version installed on the MTP1200? any Updates?

I would recommend updating both to Update 3, delete the IM folder and rebuild + download all:

How do you delete the IM folder of your TIA Portal project?

Thanks so much,HMI already upgraded to Ver.3 and maybe i could not delete IM folder and full rebuild again because of facility is running everyday,is there any other methods to solve this problem?best regards.

Did you have tried also in Simulation on ES? does it show the same behaviour?

Or only on the MTP?
