pls be kind describe better what exactly library, where you have download this and what exactly you want to do. Generally, I expect your SCADA as Client here so there I expect select only Ethernet/IP driver and that's all, in my opinion. On PLC I expect in this case Server functionality so you need then select that Server library and prwepare code inside PLC. This is my opinion how it can work. I need to say that I never used this library but I think from its basic system that it can work  like this.

looks like to me that you're not familiar with basic principles about Client/Server functionality because I've described already to you how can I imagine this system as working. Your last answer points to that you're not understand my recommendations. In this case very sry, really I can't teach you here with basic principles long time hours. Sry, I've never used that libraries but thinking only about typical standard functionality and devices roles expected, as I have general experience, nothing else.
