If I understood your question correct - yes turret can stop in every position. Problem is only with matching T which i write in Siemens, and T which is current chosen in turret.
Also different is when I turn turret by button. Before this problem, when I push a button, turret was spining only 1 position - T1 to T2, from T2 to T3 etc. Now when I push a button, turret make a full spin 360 degrees. I think this problems are connected.

I have help more then 5 customers in CANADA and USA with HIT machines but never had turret issue 

 I suggest you contact Hydain Machine builder, as I know they are still working supporting at least in USA GOOGLE their contact

as you don’t answer my #3  question I cannot help you, my meaning is after you replaced encoder

is your turret can stop such as in position, such as 6 tools, in 0 ,60,120,180,….., every position no degree errors only T no not. Match—-yes or n I

#3 Like i said upper, I made plc restore. Before restored, turret spin all the time, and not stop. You can look at first post. When I command for example T3 and Turret go to position T2, I have a error, so I can not work on machine. I will try make hard reset

I think you know how to restore Plc back up, if my question is true— then you can try to move turret to stop at different positions and restore Plc 

 

 

Maybe somebody can help me what is the message: 9145: No T-Coincidance.

Where is refer position? I have not any manual, and can not check this message.

problem solved.

When first electrician was in my company, he connected his encoder to check is there a problem. When he egain replace my encoder, he made mistake with connect two cables from electrovalve... After then I reloaded PLC, and turret was stoping, but in uncorrect postion.


Second electrician solved this problem within 10 minutes...



But going back to source of problem. Solve was reload PLC. :) It could have been be fast and cheap, but who knew :)
