I think something was corrupted. Otherwise you can follow Stefan's hint: Eventuell liefert Dir der TraceViewer nähere Informationen zum Fehler. Der TraceViewer liegt im Ordner%PROGRAMFILES%\Siemens\Automation\WinCCUnified\binalsRTILtraceViewer.exe. Good luck!
