I don't know about that SW but generally S7 protocol is expected here so you need set Enable PUT/GET security option inside PLC options cfg. After that with doenload chganges to PLC, you simply enable any outside system access your PLC via S7 protocol. One important thing is anyeway, what PLC controller you have, your description is simply wrong, it has nothing with TIA but PLC so also pls change your Topic name to better description, like - I/O Factory SW connection to S7-1200 CPU, or other similar.
