Is there nobody with a solution for the comfort panels regarding factory reset, when the ethernet ports are down?

On the basic panels it is possible to use the USB factory reset, is there something similar with the comfort panels?

 The panel is stuck on boot screen like this.

 Hi, I am also facing the same problem. TP900 Comfort is stuck on boot screen and Profinet Ports are not working. How to reset?

In the state of the screen, the solution would be to try to factory reset the screen through prosave. The steps to follow are explained in this link:

"How do you do a SIMATIC HMI operating system update (firmware update, OS update) on operator panels or perform a "Reset to factory settings"?"

If prosave were not able to recognize the screen, I am afraid that the screen would have to be sent for repair.
