Dear all,

we have one MP277 touch that has a problem : when you power it on, it IMMEDIATELY shows the last page that was shown before the shut down , with lot of vertical and coloured lines. So you can see the page but it is filled by lot of vertical coloured lines that for sure mean that something is broken inside the visualization circuits.

What is strange is that every MP normally shows the bios page at the beginning and some initial informations, THEN it loads the first HMI page that was set in the project.

This one no, you power it on and instantly you see that HMI page.

Touch is not responsive, but it is possible to perform the backup operation.

What can be ? Which part of the panel can be replaced (of course I do not think it's the tactile membrane but could be someother thing

You could try to perfom a factory reset but if this do not work I think you may have to repair it!
