servere connection issue

AutoGen_8831677 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	For the past two days, I have faced serve connecting issue in the Tia updater. could you please give a solution to this issue?. I have attached pic for reference. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from TIA Updater doesn't connect the server. ElonksuM Experienced Member Joined: 5/6/2022 Last visit: 11/27/2025 Posts: 589 Rating: (123)	Hi AutoGen_8831677, The first thing I would review in this situation are the points specified in the FAQ that I share with you below: "Why can you not establish a connection to the SIEMENS Update Server with the TIA Administrator, TIA Updater or Corporate Server Configuration Tool?" I would also tell you to review and do the following: - Update to the latest available version. What versions exactly do you have installed? - Work as an administrator to have the corresponding permissions. - Check that it does not prevent or that the antivirus/firewalls that may be blocking communication are disabled. - That the software is compatible with the Operating System. What OS do you have exactly installed? Best regards!
