hello, i'm trying to make two different protocols on the same PLC, one profinet, no problem, and one modbus, but i can't figure out if it's possible or not. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello lilouf; Towone is quite correct, parallel protocols on TCP/IP can be implemented on S7 PLCs, either on yhe Profinet integrated port of the CPU or using Ethernet CPs. Look at this document, showing how to implement Modbus TCP exchanges between S7 CPUs over the integrated Profinet port.
