Hi folks, I have the exact same problem (it seems)... were you able to solve it?

I tried to manually install the package, no error, but upon restart it still shows as "not installed".

I tried both automagically and manually following the link below.

I also note v2 of the same Support Library is installed (vs V1).

Is there a log file I can find look in to?

Would you please try to install the HSP0311 after downloading the HSP complete download from the link below:

"Support Packages for the hardware catalog in the TIA Portal (HSP)"

Procedure for updating the hardware catalog of your TIA Portal installation with this download can be found in the link below:

"How do you update the hardware catalog in TIA Portal?"

If this doesn´t help, I sugest you to creae a Support Request because it is a extrange behaviour.
