Program upload from ET200SP 1510 (Could not determine type of module SIMP)

PLCnista Joined: 4/15/2023 Last visit: 1/14/2026 Posts: 27 Rating: (0)	When I try to download the project (ET200SP 1510 with three G120C) using "Upload device as new station", I get an error : "Could not determine type of module SIMP (gsdml-v2.31-siemens-sinamics_g120c-20160810.xml) offline.,7/27/2023,3:33:20 PM" What does this mean? How to download a project?

When creating the project you will have created a device via GSDML and you will have parameterized it, the problem is that when you download the PLC project it does not bring you the GSDML, you need to put the GSDML file of the device configured by GSD again and configure it again.
	If this information really helps, you could use the Rate function. Best Regards.
