EncoderAdjustment FB Not Completing Operation

I'm looking to send a reference point to a G120 (CU250) from a S7-1515-2 PN. i am using the EncoderAdjustment block. it seems to stay busy and never get to the done sate. i'm getting an error on function block WRREC. i cant understand the DiagID. I will add that the drive does recieve the new reference point and holds the information. witthout the block finishing a can only do his operation once then the block gets stuck and i need to be able to do this whenever a reference point change is needed. can someone please steer me in the right direction?

Or, if it is possible, add the data to the telegram used to control the G120. If it were me, I would contact Siemens Support and request information on how to integrate that encoder adjustment via telegram. Then things get easier. Michael Shaw Hello All. RB91 Gold Member Joined: 4/28/2015 Last visit: 1/14/2026 Posts: 1278 Rating: (302)	Hi, I assume it is an issue with the HW ID - please try to use the ID of the cyclic telegram (I guess you are using tel 111) - so check out the according ID of the telegram and try to use that one.

If the cycle time is too short , the FB will be executed with fault. You may get the error "16#0070 0000" or "16#DF80 B500"!!!!! The total execution time is about 8s when the cycle time is 200ms.
