I have problem with code 19001 where value of tags cannot bt written to PLC during simulation with using HMI. when I using TIA PORTAL V.15 and newer. In the case order TIA v.11 this problem not exciting. 

In my case I use HMI on the simulator , but PLC program is loaded to real PLC controller S7-315F-2 PN/DP.

Please help me!

this looks like a famous new security option problem. try search Forum for new TIA security with HMI conenctions where some option inside cfg need to be set/allowed as HMI security for writing data.
