Hello; The CPU model you want to program is an S7-400H CPU, designed to support hot-redundancy with 2 CPUs in parallel, connected through fiber-optic cables. There is no support available for s7-400H CPUs in any version of TIA Portal. You can only program it with Step 7 (classic, Simatic Manager) v5.6 or v5.7.
