I ran into an interesting problem.

I've been working with one project which requires using Parameter Sets and Parameter Set Control object. I'm testing my program constantly on my local 127.0.0.1, but...

...every time I want to "extended download" my project to my server, I have to do it without the Parameter Set Control object first and then "delta download" the Parameter Set Control object in afterwards when the local server is already in the "Running" state.

If I don't remove the Parameter Set Control before doing an "extended download", my local server will stay in "Partly running" state and when opened on browser, It keeps constantly refreshing and the Parameter Set Control object won't fully load.

The controller I'm testing on is Siemens S7-1500TF-3 and I'm connected to it through VPN, but the issue is on visualisation/runtime side, I'm quite certain of it. Also, I've tested this project on multiple computers and the issue persists.

Has anyone ran into this problem as well? Would be glad If I'd get it resolved.

I would open the runtime manager-> delete the existing Simulation/Runtime

Then delete the IM Folder:

 It seemed to be a problem specific to TIA V17. TIA V18 fixed this problem completely.

...just leaving this here, so others facing the same problem will know.
