There are limitations to max lenght, as well as minimum lenght with dependencies to transfer speed and also cable types. It can also be calculated based on "Weighting factors".

Is there any distance limitation between to devices on single segment for Profibus network?

 Inside a single Profibus segment, as long as it respects the speed/distance length and the limitations on the number of nodes (31)  the only distance limitation between 2 devices is the one-meter rule. Nodes should have a minimum of 1m/3ft of Profibus cable between them to limit network reflexion issues.
