no, you can't do or use any general sample prj where S_ blocks are used. Generally, your ET200S system is based on S7-300 CPU so it is in some specific HW cfg not compatible simply with higher S7-1x00 CPUs via its own S_ library blocks, only via PB/PN channel. In case you have ET200S CPU, this is another story and then you can use S_ blocks to handle 1SI CM module with serial communication. Look, your Topic name says use of S7-1500 CPU so in this case you need prepare own comm procedure via expected PB/PN channel only, how to do that you need check ET200S system manual with PB/PN channel data exchange. This is logical and simple, you have not that CM attached to S7-1x00 CPU directly, correct? Also it is logical and clear that library/blocks available to S7-300/400 system isn't natively supported to S7-1x00 systems, so you need think with this way everytime.
