Anytime I run into problems with language errors, I make sure either German or English is added to the project as a project language.  I find portal expects one of those to be primary or backup language even though it probably should not expect it.

If you have not installed the latest V15 update, please do so before changing anything else.

HI ALL!

System Windows 7, TIA Portal v15, S7-1500. After compilation, the following message is displayed. Maybe someone knows what the problem is?

2 things I suggest:

1. Submit your project / problem to Siemens, creating a support request

2. Create a new RT HMI in your project.  Configure it identically except name and ip address, and of course set the editing language.  Once it is configured, compile the new RT HMI.  If it compiles successfully, copy all the screens, tags, templates, text/graphic lists, alarms, and connections.  Get it to compile.  If it compiles, change the name and ip address of the RT HMI that fails to compile.  Then change the newly created RT HMI name / ip address as required in your project. Save this project as a new name.  Then delete the bad RT_HMI.  Try compiling and downloading / installing this RT HMI.

I still suggest you submit your project to Siemens so they can verify the error, add it to the list of issues to fix for a future HMI related update to TIA Portal.  Then everyone gains from the problem being resolves.

Also, what did you change in the RT HMI 2 days ago that caused the problem?  What did you do differently after reverting to that backup that now allows it to compile?

I did it a little differently, but the essence, in my opinion, is the same: I created a new project, moved the PLC-part , and RT HMI, the result was the same-compilation with errors.

But when working with projects, I usually save intermediate results, I had to go back to the project 2 days ago and re-edit the part of RT HMI, now everything is in order, such a strategy, although it requires a little time and space in the PC memory, but it justifies itself!
