I'm having trouble using the TIA Cloud Connector over the Internet. Everything works fine on the local network, but I can't establish a connection between a user device and a remote device via the Internet.

Has anyone faced a similar issue, and if yes, how did you solve it? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.
