Cannot access to TIA Administrator v2 for download french pack to V18

When i launch TIA Administrator V2, I arrive on a page which remains blank... On V17, I had problems before... and I was able to solve them by replace the target TiaAdmin_SYSTEM.html with TiaAdmin_Système.html as indicated here no server connection TIA-Updater/TIA-Administrator/Server Configuration Tool - 230003 - Industry Support Siemens but that seems to have changed...
