Hello all, after several NCK voltage threshold alarms and the replacing of batteries within months I have come to the conclusion that something is defective on the CCU board and draining the batteries too quickly. 

After researching this it seems that others have had the same issue after new batteries. A bad "supercapacitor" has been mentioned as the culprit. Does anyone know where this is and if it is replaceable?
