hi, I do have problem to connect to PLC (1200) and HMI TP700 from TIA Portal V14.

Data:
- my project is successfully compiled;
- I can connect to same HW type PLC/HMI in local LAN without problem and download software;
- I use eCatcher VPN Client software to connect to remote eWon VPN Server; success;
- I can ping eWon VPN server remote IP address;
- I start "Update accessible devices" under "Online access" -> "TAP-Windows Adapter V9" (VPN channel !!!);
- I can see all 4 devices behind VPN Server (PLC, 2x HMI, 1xFreq.inverter);

So far so good.

- I cant ping no one of the devices !
- I cant connect to PLC or both HMI from TIA Portal;
- I got various errors/reports like:
   - Go online 0130:000002 Connection failed.
   - 2 Problems found. Not reachable.
   - 

Software in remote PLC/HMI was successfully downloaded in past and I was able to connect remotely this way. No changes in remote PLC/HMI software. But something happened and problem appears...

I check PG/PC setup in Control panel with more variants.

I tried the connect my PC through local LAN-router; through WIFI; through my mobile phone LTE network. All the same result.

I don't understand why I can see all devices in "Online access" but no connection is possible.


Any tip? Hint? What have I overlooked ???

Problem solved !!!

During fiddling with network connections (one LAN port to local company LAN + gateway to internet; the second one to local PLC/HMI LAN with different subnet; plus VPN connection to remote customer LAN with PLCs/HMIs) I have set some limitations on remote VPN to limit connection to listed remote LAN members only. Finally I made decision to not to use this feature but forget to set it back. 
Thats why I can ping VPN server itself but no other network member behind VPN server. The strange thing is TIA Portal Online Access can go through this limitations and it see LAN members behind VPN server. That definitely confused me.
