s7-1200 stops working properly after shut down

When I load in a program it works completely fine, but when we switch off the machine for a longer period of time, the programming no longer works. The machine will then execute random parts of the program for approximately 15 minutes and then work normally again. If I reload the program into the machine in the meantime, it immediately works properly again. The thing that I find most strange is that if we leave the machine off for about 5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes and then turn the machine back on, everything works completely fine. Is there anybody who has had this issue before and who knows a solution to it? I'm looking forward to the replies! Kind regards, Jobbbooo

Are there FBs with static tags that need an "INIT" but do not have one? Are there FBs that get disabled rather than stay enabled so they can keep track of things properly? So many different types of things can cause erratic behavior, but it boils down to at least one bad practice used throughout a project can cause all manner of behavior-based problems at "runtime". There are FB's that get shut down in the OB main for sometime if the machine is placed in another setting. There are three settings manual Conveyor mode Automatic mode Where the automatic mode is just a combination off manual and conveyor mode. Further I'm only using my Inputs/Outputs and Markers.
