I am sorry but I have no idea what SAP option you are refering to. Please elaborate.

The workflow is that you make an order in SAP and then you get an license via a email. So please clarify what exactly have you ordered and what you have received via emial. 

There are email received:

"Dear Customer,

Your SAP order to extend the Software subscription was processed successfully. Kindly see below for more details about your order."

and after there are the licence codes of the site

From the screenshot I see you have both Trusted Store Licensing and Online Licensing together. I see no sense in this. Was this intentional?

I guess you didnt payed attention and took Online Licensing for Online activation. If this machine will not be connected to the internet 24/7 then it will loose its license tokens for the two license sets you activated differently (different icon color, a blue "O" instead of Green "T"). This will lead to DCC going into courtesy. It will not be the case if this machine is online 24/7.

Anyway, I do not see any problems in this screenshot. Your subscription expiration is valid till December so there is no problem there either.

If your DCC in in courtesy then please open an SR (Support Request), describe the problem there in detail and provide DCC logs.

The server is online 24/7 and yes it was a mistake... (for the 2 online license).

the problem is that on license there r 0 point for bacnet and fire and now the timer is set on 23 days left, idk how to resolve this. (attachment)

If i make a request token the process ends successfully but if I execute a return toker an error is generated (URL error). Maybe this is the problem?

I'm sure that last week after commissioning, the trust flag field the entry that is now yellow was green.

I forgot to mention one important thing. Your main problem is that its not allowed to mix Online licensing with any other type. This is why you have issues. 

This means you must make an SR this way or another and request license returning. Either switch all to TS Licensing or all to Online Licensing.

now the problem is how i can return the token (url error) or better how i can delete these two license from the licensed products.

I think I still have enough license points even without these two license extensions.
