I think the screenshot (in the parent topic) shows the wrong dialog.

The Google root certificate has to be imported in the Trusted certificate area and then you have to open the PLC Certificate manager for selecting the partner certificate as Shown in the manual of the Appliction example in chapter 2.8

I did it again with the manual and it works in my v19 (but I think the Version is not important)

a) Did you try the same certificate attached in the first email?

b) Is the certificate indipendent from the account used but only from the provider?

c) Could you try the same Protection & Security settings or provide the one you have tested?

You are in the wrong menu here.

The Google public CA just has to be assigned in "Certificates of the partner devices" not in "Device Certificate".

It's not possible to sign a device certificates with the Google CA because you don't have the private key. Thats why the button is not available.

For the device certificate use the TIA project CA.
