I have several questions about functions of PXC controllers which are configured as Primary or Backup servers and their interaction with Desigo CC.

1. Primary server distributes a clock to other controllers (Backup servers), am I right? What happens if Primary server is disconnected or failed?

2. Every controller has (through Global object) recipient (one or more) for alarm and trend notifications. Desigo CC writes its BACnet ID (usually 9998) into controllers.

a) Does Primary server ever distributes its Recipient list to other controllers (Backup servers)? Or each controller can be configured separately (e.g. there is another SCADA which receives notifications only from one specific controller, whether Primary or Backup)?

b) Is there any other difference between Primary and Backup servers?

3. Is Primary server specific thing for Desigo products or it is a BACnet standard?

I wish there is some documentation about this topic to study it better.
