You will need set safety telegram in both coupler exchange areas (6 bytes out / 12 bytes in) and use

function RCVDP in first network and SENDDP in last network of main safety routine.

function can pass 16 bits in both directions or 2 integers or 1 double int

additional bytes in telegram are for internal safety purposes

you need declare instance DBs for functions (they are not compatible with multiple instance)

and use

receive DPDP ID

send DPDP IP

they must be unique in the whole network (receive DPDP ID in PLC1 = send DPDP ID in PLC2 but not in any other PLC in the whole network. same for send DPDP ID)
Example:
PLC1 Send DPDP = 1234; PLC2 receive DPDP ID = 1234;
PLC1 Receive DPDP = 1235; PLC2 Send DPDP ID = 1235;

LADDR use address of your telegrams in pn coupler (system constants):
Receive: "PNPN_Coupler_X1 PROFINET_interface_X1 Interface_Safe_Inputs"
Send: "PNPN_Coupler_X1 PROFINET_interface_X1 Interface_Safe_Outputs"
