Hello Ced70v, Another option is to implement an IO Controller and I-Device communication between the two CPUs. The transfer areas can be safety data and each CPU can be in different projects. In the following link in the document "Safety-Related IO Controller-I-Device Communication" you can find an example of implementing what I indicated on page 11: Configuration and Application of the PROFINET I-Device Function |
